SUB-FLOORS
We understand the importance of preparing the sub-floor prior to any installation. We will ensure to carry out damp/moisture tests to determine that the sub-floor does not have any issues that may interfere with the installation of your floor prior to any works. We will also ensure the surface is structurally sound and free of all dust and grease - a smooth clear surface is essential to laying a perfected finished floor.
CARPETS
A very popular choice as a flooring solution – offers luxury, warmth and softness underfoot. Paired with a reputable underlay, this creates great insulation against heat and sound.
VINYL
An ideal solution for clients who require a safe and comfortable floor at an affordable cost. A low maintenance, stain resistant and waterproof flooring which makes it ideal for wet areas, young children and pets.
LUXURY VINYL TILE (LVT)
Similar to the sheet vinyl LVT’s are manufactured in plank/tile form and give a realistic appearance – they are beautifully crafted and they come in a wide range of colours, designs, textures and finishes. The LVT are highly durable, safe to use in wet areas and easy to maintain, whilst being both comfortable and quiet underfoot.
ENGINEERED WOOD / LAMINATE
With the look and texture of wood or stone, laminate flooring is a tough and durable man-made product that is easy to clean, pet-proof and easy to install. With the appearance of solid wood – engineered wood has become a popular choice for many homes.
